Prior to his work in the health insurance industry, Michael had a successful career as owner of Appropriate Systems, LLC and Secure Practices, LLC. He has over 23 years of experience in senior-level management and software consulting with small and medium-sized companies as well as multinationals such as AT&T, Delta Airlines, and UPS in an executive and hands-on capacity. Michael’s consulting focused on reconciling new technologies with the requirements of an ever-changing marketplace. After Y2K Michael focused on bringing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning to the small and medium-sized business market.
Michael resides in McKinney, TX with his wife Linda, his son Garrett, and their dog Landrey.
