InsureYouToo, LLC is an independent employee-benefits agency for Texas businesses with 1 to 25 employees

Leveraging an ever-changing market, we seek out the opportunities that turn employee benefits into our clients’ strategic advantage.

InsureYouToo is an independent agency specializing in employee benefits for Texas businesses with 1 to 25 employees. By understanding the culture, goals, and resources of each client, we figure out where they are and where they want to be — then build the short- and long-term strategy to get them the right benefits for their business.

Our process starts with a 15–30 minute conversation about your goals, your team, and how your company is structured. From there, we request your employee census.

Using that census and what we learned in our conversation, we work with our carriers to build a strategy around your specific goals.

If you’re looking for an agency that emails you a spreadsheet of prices and asks you to pick, we’re not your best option. But if you want one that thinks past the quote to build a strategy that gives you an edge — give us a call.

Before InsureYouToo, I spent years consulting to some of the country’s biggest companies — AT&T, Delta, Koch Industries, UPS — solving hard problems in technology, operations, and business continuity. In 2010 I brought that same big-company thinking to the businesses that need it most but rarely get it: Texas companies with 1 to 25 employees. Today I build employee-benefits strategies for small businesses with the kind of rigor usually reserved for the Fortune 500. I’m based in McKinney, where I live with my wife Linda.
